Minor Patch – 0.19.4 (Nov. 20, 2020)

Hello everyone! Aesop here bringing you the notes for update 0.19.4. This is the last minor patch before our next regular update which will introduce Silvia.

Mastery

We’re adjusting some masteries that would overlap with item stats or levels, being highly efficient in the late-game.

  • Crafting mastery: item bonus per mastery level 0.8% → 0.7%
  • HP mastery: max HP increase per mastery level 1.6% —> 1.3%
  • Defense mastery: Normal Attack Damage Reduction per mastery level 1.5% → 1.3%
  • Meditation mastery: max SP increase per mastery level 3% → 2%

Character

We are combining LP variations by character and by weapon since our last update.

For example, top-tier Solo Hyejin (Bow) had a win rate of 9.2%, which is 2.9% lower than average, but her average kills were 1.85, which was 0.3 above the average. When data points like win rate and average kills show us different results, average LP received with that character can become a tertiary datapoint. For Hyejin (bow), the average LP received by players was slightly above average.

We will talk more about data points used for balance decisions after continuing to verify the reliability of new data points and our new and improved data acquisition methods.

Adriana

  • Attack Power per level 2 → 2.4
  • Defense per level 1.4 → 1.7
  • Damage dealt in Duo mode 100% → 95%
  • Damage dealt in Squad mode 90% → 86%

Jackie

  • Dual Sword-Jackie’s Base Attack Speed 0.58 → 0.59

Chiara

  • HP Regen per level 0.04 → 0.02
  • Plague(R)
    • Range damage per second 25/35/45 → 20/27/34

Fiora

Fente (Q) will be improved a bit more in our next major update. Since both spear and two-handed sword Fiora are still a bit on the stronger side, we are trying to improve her stats bit by bit, while trying to not influence her balance too much.

  • Fiora-Rapier Base Attack Speed 0.825 → 0.835 times per second

Hart

  • Damage dealt in Duo mode 97% → 100%
  • Damage dealt in Squad mode 94% → 97%

Li Dailin

Fixed a significant bug related to Drink Up. Improved problem with being stunned too easily when using Striking Tiger (R) to attack instead of reducing its escape power.

  • Normal attack enhancement effect of Drink Up (W) now disappears properly after using a normal attack.
  • HP 580 → 550
  • Striking Tiger (R)
    • Cooldown 110/90/70s —> 185/150/115s
    • Cooldown is reduced by 40% if hitting an enemy.
    • Unable to be stopped when the kick is launching forward.
    • Speed when launching forward 20m/s → 16m/s

  • Defense per level 1.9 → 2.2
  • Good Faith (Q)
    • SP Cost 50/60/70/80/90 → 50/55/60/65/70
